The villa has an attractive tiled pool deck and separate barbeque area extending out from the dining room on the ground floor level and a long balcony running alongside the upper level of the house which leads to a further large sun terrace with great sea and mountain views.
Entering the main part of the house via the pool deck, there is a striking living and entertainment area, with very high ceilings and a large fireplace, minimally furnished with modern art and designer furniture.
