The house is within walking distance from the Sea Point Beachfront, Green Point Virgin Active Gym and a 5 minute drive to the V & A Waterfront. A direct access, off-street double garage delivers you into an open-plan kitchen, living / dining area and separate guest WC. This open plan area leads out onto a large balcony with swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and private patio. The other 3 bedrooms are light and spacious and are served by two additional bathrooms. Leading out from the 3rd bedroom takes you to a secure garden area with a table tennis table / trampoline. The house has an alarm system linked up with armed response, Wi-Fi, 2 large T.V’s and all necessary items for a comfortable stay. The house is also serviced 3 times per week. Rates :
