On the ground floor you have a lounge, dining room, kitchen/scullery, a guest toilet, and a room with a bathroom. Access to the garage and to the garden/pool area.
On the first floor, a bedroom with queen size bed, and another large bedroom with a small study/reading corner.
On the top floors there are 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (with double size bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top), and the master bedroom with king size bed.
All 4 bedrooms in the 1st and 2nd floor are air-conditioned.
There is also an additional study/reading area, outside the main bedroom.
In the backyard, but with access to the kitchen from the garage side of the house, and access to the pool/garden, is another newly built room with its own bathroom.
The house has a sophisticated alarm system, electric fence, video monitor, WI-FI ADSL, sound speakers indoors and outdoors, 5 HD TV screens, etc…

The pool can be covered if necessary.
