- Northshore House is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday house in the beautiful Hout Bay village.
- The beach is a short drive away and there are a number of shops and restaurants to choose from nearby.
- The home offers an easy-living atmosphere on two levels. Downstairs: Light, spacious, open plan living area with self-catering kitchen, dining and TV lounge featuring stacking doors that open up to the pool and garden area.
- The spacious garden offers a child-friendly and solar heated pool.
- For the kids there is a trampoline, swing and jungle gym.
- For entertaining and outdoor dining there is a covered patio. The main king sized bedroom is en-suite with a bath and shower.
- The bedroom opens up to the outside area with gorgeous morning light.
- The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
- The third bedroom is twin with two single beds – these two bedrooms share the family bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs: The fourth en-suite bedroom is upstairs and is next to the kids playroom that includes toys, books, puzzles and blackboards. The home offers a double garage and an alarm system.
