Kinnoul Villa is a stunning 4 bedroom villa located in the heart of Camps Bay where guests can relax and enjoy the breath-taking sea and mountain views, whilst only being located a few minutes from the beaches, shops and restaurants.

One enters the villa and is greeted with the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that leads onto the covered terrace with a braai and comfortable seating and dining area. Large glass fold back concertina doors throughout this level give an indoor/outdoor flow and captures the breathtaking views throughout.

The Master bedroom and two further bedrooms are located on the upper level. The Master bedroom and second bedroom both have sea & mountain views and access to a private balcony. The third bedroom is mountain facing with partial sea views. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level with access to a gym area and leads onto the pool and garden area.

The lower level also consists of the second TV lounge opening onto the terrace and garden. Outside you can enjoy the jacuzzi, pool and large sunny garden with an additional dining table for al-fresco dining.
