There are 2 indoor living areas one is open plan with a gas fireplace and leads into the dining area and outside deck, the second is open plan to the bar area and has comfortable sofas, a LED Smart television and satellite TV (Netflix app on TV) and a pool table.
The indoor dining area seats 8 and the outdoor dining area seats 10.

Please note that 4 bedrooms are on the top level, 1 which is not of the same standard as the others on the lower level and the studio apartment is at the main entrance level level.
