Wurr House is situated just below the base of Table Mountain in line with the Cable Car station
The home is 900 square meters under roof, and has 350 square meters of a garden and 5x9 meter swimming pool (a pool fence can be installed for safety)
It is well protected from the summer winds and surrounded by a gorgeous forest.
It consists of 4 very large bedrooms all en-suite, which all have spectacular views of Lions Head, Table Mountain and Devils Peak, as well as the harbor and wonderful night time city views.
The downstairs living area has a large lounge and seats up to 16 people at the dinning room table.
There are 2 barbecues, one gas and wood burning.
The kitchen is open plan and is joined by a casual living area.
All rooms downstairs open onto the lawn and patio and pool.
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the gated driveway.
Wifi throughout the house.
The live in housekeeper, Thomas who has worked for the owners for 7 years will be available to clean, make beds and help around the house, for washing and ironing we are happy to organize someone to come and help out.
