The Villa is fully fenced with a large parking area, not visible from the road. You will immediately be welcomed by great art and colour on the ground level; where you can spend time relaxing in the various lounges and dining areas with the fully fitted kitchen and scullery opening out onto the spacious terrace. Doors opening up onto sweeping views down the valley or on to the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool room and big garden. The pool entertainment area is a few steps away from the house allowing some members to play while others may prefer a quiet, early night. Upstairs are the 5 main bedrooms -all en-suite with main bedroom with a bath and shower and the other 4 with showers. The 6th en-suite bedroom is under the house and doubles up as a “Man Cave” with 3 double beds and TV Lounge. Although you have access from the house it also has a private entrance making it ideal for teenagers. The house is serviced by a live in housekeeper and live out gardener for 7 hours a day during the week excluding public holidays. Note: The windows are glazed and one way. The house is designed with lots of natural light and is not ideal for guests that need blackout as there are no curtains.
