The open plan living area leads directly on to the terrace, which flows out to the swimming pool and garden.

The interior features comfortable sofas and an 8 seater dining suite.

The double-volume ceiling, off-shutter concrete, polished concrete floors and oak are impactful. Baroque-inspired drapes soften the minimalist design with floor to ceiling silk curtains. An antique chandelier is suspended in the main lounge with other light fittings from Philippe Starcke hanging over the kitchen counter. The vast marble counter is ideal for casual meals and socialising in the kitchen area.  The ultra modern space features all necessary appliances; Miele double fridge freezer, Eurogas oven and hob, Weber bbq and gas bbq outside for easy living.

All doors and shutters slide to one side to open up the house completely for an amazing indoor-outdoor flow. The view of Lions Head from the pool deck verandah is uninterrupted.

A well-equipped tv area has a wide-screen Samsung television, surround-sound music system, satellite and apple tv.

Views extend to from Clifton to Llandudno and from Table Mountain to Lions Head.

It is a short walk through the Little Glen, to the Camps Bay beachfront, but if you have a car there is plenty of off street parking as well a double garage.
