Vivendi Villa is a masterpiece of cool, modern and minimalistic design that offers stylish accommodation. A great house for entertaining in style, the property is located in a quiet cul de sac about five minutes walk up from Camps Bay beachfront. The villa has an attractive tiled pool deck and separate barbeque area extending out from the dining room on the ground floor level and a long balcony running alongside the upper level of the house which leads to a further large sun terrace with great sea and mountain views. Entering the main part of the house via the pool deck, there is a striking living and entertainment area, with very high ceilings and a large fireplace, minimally furnished with modern art and designer furniture. Towards one end of the lounge is the fully equipped open plan kitchen with natural wood and granite finishes, whilst at the other end overlooking the pool deck is the dining area with a 10-seater dining table and cocktail bar. Large folding glass doors open out onto the sun terrace and pool deck, with loungers, where there is also a separate braai/barbeque area. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, just off the lounge, one en suite with a double bed; the other with a double bed and separate bathroom. A beech wood staircase leads up to a small study/TV lounge area (incl. DVD player). The air-conditioned master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe area. The study area and master bedroom have doors leading out onto the large balcony running alongside the upper level of the house and to the upstairs terrace area.
