The house is on 3 levels with 4 double, en-suite bedrooms, all of which are sea facing and open with sliding doors. There is covered parking for 3 cars.

On the top floor is the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Both the bedroom and bathroom open onto a large balcony with jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Also on this level is a kitchenette and lounge area, opening up with sliding doors onto the balcony area.

Down the stairs to the middle floor are 2 further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also houses the main kitchen with dining and lounge area, all opening up to flow onto a large, balcony glass enclosed patio with outdoor lounge, dining area and gas braai.

The bottom floor offers a good size, flat garden with deck enclosed pool and second jacuzzi area and traditional, built in braai.

Inside is the 4th en-suite, double bedroom, opening onto the pool deck. On this level you’ll also find a kitchenette and lounge area with pool table, infrared sauna and steam room, which all open onto the outside deck.

The house is secured with outdoor beams and alarm system linked to ADT. There is underfloor heating in all bedrooms, and air conditioning on all floors. All bedrooms have fans and all lounge areas have air conditioning. All lounges, kitchen master bathroom, as well as all bedrooms have televisions with full, dual view DSTV, as well as WIFI. The house is a short walk from Llandundo beach and just on 100 metres from the Llandundo sports club, which include tennis and squash courts.

Our Malawian housekeeper lives on the property and will service the house daily (except public holidays and Sundays).

Water is being brought in so pool and jacuzzi's will be full.
