The downstairs area comprises of three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and large glass doors that open up onto the well-manicured garden. The one bedroom is exceptionally spacious and has its own private deck area, an outside shower and views of Table Mountain as well as the pool area. Downstairs, you will also find an expansive TV Lounge that flows onto a similarly sized covered patio and the swimming pool area where you’ll find numerous loungers and oversized beanbags on which you can sunbathe, cool off under the large trees or chill-out with one of the many books from the well-stocked library. The fifth bedroom, although part of the main house, is a quaint garden studio with its own entrance, a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a queen sized extra length bed and a TV. The villa also has a private gym for your use. This home is a lovely, well maintained holiday retreat. Its private garden and pool area as well as its numerous fireplaces inside make it the perfect choice for all year round.
