Villa Sevara is an exceptional six-bedroom retreat set above Camps Bay Beach, with sweeping sea and mountain views. Just moments from the Camps Bay Promenade and approximately a 15-minute drive from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, the villa combines coastal living with comfort.

The main suite includes a king bed, wood fireplace, desk, private balcony access, and an ensuite with bath, shower and double vanity. A second queen suite also opens onto a balcony, while four additional bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, offer a mix of en-suites and shared bathrooms, including a sixth bedroom with private exterior access.

The living and dining areas open onto a sea-facing balcony, alongside a bar with a wine fridge and direct flow to the pool terrace. Outdoors, a deck with a pool, loungers, gas and wood BBQs, and dining for ten creates an easy, open-air space for entertaining, while the home is secured with an alarm system. Please note: The sixth bedroom can only be accessed via the exterior courtyard.
