Saddled upon the lower cliffs of Camps Bay, this state-of-the-art, contemporary villa tiers over two levels, and hovers above the glistening Atlantic Ocean. A bold blend of concrete and timber elegantly frame the facade, and continue inside as you enter through the sturdy wooden door, and into the villa.

The open plan kitchen, expansive living and dining area stretches itself open plan as signature pieces of art, refined furnishings, marble, copper and glass all command your attention. Though not enough to distract from the sensational views of Bali Bay – a secluded alcove below, where discerning beachgoers can dive from boulders into the revitalising turquoise waters.

The villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 spacious and secluded en suite bedrooms. 2 of them sit on the top level, delivering more sea views from the main en suite (with king bed), while a small courtyard with an olive tree cocoons the 2nd (with a queen-sized bed). Down the stately stairs to the 3rd en suite bedroom (with a king bed) that provides another spectacular viewpoint of the ocean.

It’s joined by a large, lavish entertainment space where an open gas fireplace discreetly divides the long, black granite table and bar area from the lounge and flat-screen TV. The 6-seater built-in bar, with its speckled gold and black marble countertop, exudes a sultry style, and entices you to perch yourself next to it, as you enjoy watching the sun set right in front of you.

Tall glass doors slide open onto the terraced deck that borders the swimming pool, offering several seating spots to recline on as you look over the green foliage, the palms, and out to sea. An idyllic setting for all to gather together, as the flames from the outdoor grill get lit, the afternoon cocktails from the bar get poured, the pool gets busy and the loungers get occupied.

Camps Bay’s reputable strip of restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafés is only a 5-minute walk away from the villa. If the activities of the area do not satiate your stamina, the fully equipped gym, will be waiting for you back at the villa, with once again some unbeatable views to go with it.

The property is serviced daily by the reliable, warm and welcoming housekeeper, Thandi, who maintains the villa from Monday to Saturday of your stay. Should you wish to employ her services on Sundays, this can be arranged upon request.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 40% fee.
    • Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 75% cancellation fee.
    • Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
    • Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
    • We advise all clients to take out comprehensive cancellation insurance.

Noise Control: This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbors) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). 4. Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person garage or drive way. Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items. Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted. Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. Monthly stays: Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account. • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted. • Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included. • Reasonable water useage is included, this will be monitored according to current city limits. • Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.
