Villa Pacardie in Constantia is a colonial, double storey home with high ceilings and sash windows. A beautiful view of the Constantiaberg mountains overlooking the Bel Ombre meadow. This home boasts a 15m swimming pool and exquisite garden. State of the art security, alarm, beams and perimeter electric fencing. There is a garage for two cars plus safe on the property parking. There are five bedrooms as follows: 1. Downstairs self contained guest suite, with queen sized bed, sitting room and en-suite bathroom. This suite also has a separate entrance if required. French doors onto the pool 2. Upstairs main bedroom with king size bed and separate sitting room and TV, en suite bathroom and balcony 3. Upstairs bedroom with two three quarter beds 4. Upstairs bedroom with queen sized bed 5. Upstairs bedroom with three quarter bed and pullout bed below if required All bedrooms have a mountain view. Downstairs is a large eat in kitchen, separate lounge and dining room perfect for entertaining. In addition there is a large TV room with 60 inch TV and table tennis table. There is also a large study with an additional TV. There is a large patio with couches and loungers. There is WIFI and our helper will be on duty from Mon to Friday from 7am to 6pm.
