Fresnaye is situated between Signal Hill and Sea Point, a few kilometres to the west of Cape Town's Central Business District and a short drive to any one of our breathtaking beaches. The city is vibrant with culture and culinary delights that will leave it’s stamp on your heart and taste buds.

The inside scoop:

The villa has four bedrooms: three on the upper level and one on the lower level. The lower level also includes a cinema room, kitchenette, and a Queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a central study/playroom offers good views, with the master suite featuring a private balcony, luxurious furnishings, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a Queen bed and their own en-suite bathrooms, one with sea views and the other with views of Lion's Head.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 40% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 75% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
- We advise all clients to take out comprehensive cancellation insurance.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING: Please note: Rates for 2026/27 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. Construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. - July 2026 Please note you will be required to complete a separate guest registration form and unique guest verification link (from TRUVI) prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in. Electricity: South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the Property Manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding. Noise Control: This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and/or city council for this area. We therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the property. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). 4. Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or drive way. Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items. Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups are permitted. Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. Monthly stays: Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account. • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The Property Manager requires housekeeping to happen at least once a week, every week of your stay. • Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included. • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits. • Garden and pool service will be included when available.
