This exceptional environmentally friendly home has been designed, decorated and finished to the highest European standards. This Camps Bay oasis is situated in a unique location at the end of a quiet cul de sac, adjacent to an indigenous nature reserve and within walking distance to the beach. This home maximises the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles.

Space

There is a natural flow from the pool and protected sunken outdoor seating area, and terrace through the open plan lounge and dining area to a lovely kitchen with a large central Island and a separate utility room. A calm and secluded landscaped garden sits to the rear of the property with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms opening out onto it whilst also enjoying mountain views, lovely bathrooms and a steam shower in the 3rd.

The main bedroom, dressing room and en suite is at the front of the villa enjoying unobstructed ocean and nature reserve views and the 4th outside bedroom is designed as a self-contained pied a terre with a kitchenette. A double garage leads directly into the property through a convenient wine storage. Please note the jacuzzi is not operational.

House Rules

• As this is a residential area, please respect our neighbours and the local community.
• No loud or reduce all noise after 10pm.
• Please make sure to lock all doors and set the alarm(s) when leaving the property.
• No parties or events are allowed or any hiring of equipment to host any function of any sort.
• No pets or animals are allowed.
• All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied.
• Replace furniture/ braai covers when not in use.
• Close the sun umbrella when not in use.
• Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions.
• Bring scatter cushions/ towels in after using (as they can blow away due to strong winds).
• You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed.
• No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
• The property does have a back up power which is an inverter. This is operational during the electrical power outages or rolling blackouts and it powers lights, wifi connection and certain plug points. Even though the property does have a back up power supply, this is run by batteries and need adequate charging time which may result in the inverter not lasting for the full duration of the power outage.
• In some instances, the electrical power outages may cause electrical faults with appliances or devices at the property.
• Your identification will be requested during the booking process and upon arrival.
