The open plan dining-room and formal lounge is also on this level, leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with only the best appliances including a built-in coffee machine and a separate scullery and laundry area.
On the lower level you will find the other two en-suite bedrooms both leading to the garden. The bedrooms are mirror images of each other and are tastefully furnished.
The study with sleeping arrangements for 2 more quests is also on this level.
