Villa Besthill is a 5 bedroom, double story, residential house with uninterrupted, 180 degree sea view from all rooms.

Upstairs, all, except one room lead onto balcony:  3 bedrooms

Main bedroom – king size bed, dressing room, en suite bath, shower & his n hers basins 2nd bedroom – double bed and en suite with bath & shower 3rd bedroom – double bed and en suite with bath & shower Large 13 metre living room – DSTV HD PVR, telescope, 8 - seater dining table Downstairs, all lead onto patio and all have 180 degree sea views: -Open plan lounge, dining room & kitchen (4 seater working table, microwave, stove & oven, fridge) -10 seater dining table -Scullery – washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge & freezer -Guest toilet -4th & 5th bedrooms – 1 has a double bed and the other has a king size bed (this cannot be split into 2 x single beds) Shared bathroom with bath & shower

Please note that that the “fence” that you see in the images is not actually a fence but barriers to stop the owner’s 2 year old from falling through the hedge. These will be removed for any bookings unless guests have small children and request the barriers. The owners are growing the hedge and once it is thick enough then the barriers will be removed permanently.
