The Space

Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms are elegantly furnished and boast breathtaking views. Spacious open-plan living spaces command magnificent ocean views, while two outdoor barbecue areas, a large sun deck, a 12 seater Jacuzzi and two splash pools offer the perfect place to sun-worship and entertain. 

The villa has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso machine. The open-plan dining area seats 16 for dinner and seamlessly connects with the outdoor dining terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. A contemporary-chic lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and satellite television and has access to the outdoor dining terrace with stunning ocean views. 

The beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread evenly over the house with three on the top level, three on the middle level, and two on the lower level. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated in fresh whites and natural hues and have queen-size beds, en-suite, or shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, and ample storage space. Sumptuous furnishings and imported finishes add stylish appeal and each room has beautiful views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the vast Atlantic Ocean. 

Extensive terraces and balconies are situated on each level of the house, offering breathtaking mountain and sea vistas. Dine under the stars with friends at the built-in barbeque on the pool deck or float in one of the two splash pools as you savour the views. 

The house has two off-street parking spaces and is fully secure with an alarm. A short drive will take you to the bustling palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay with its plethora of beach bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway and the V&A Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away. 

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. Getting Around

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

The bedrooms are situated like this to maximise on privacy for these rooms. Due to the open pool and high drops, this property is not suitable for young children. Please note you will be required to sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check in Electricity: South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Noise Control: This Apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbors) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). 4. Should you have a guest or two visiting please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person garage or drive way. Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items. Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted. Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. Monthly stays: Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account. • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally when available and permitted. • Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included. • Reasonable water useage is included, this will be monitored according to current city limits. • Garden and pool service will be included when permitted.
