Nestled in a quiet street of Camps Bay, "Tree House" is a comfortable home boasting sea views and a spectacular mountain view, sunsets and a spacious, leafy garden with a large swimming pool, trampoline, play-house and a kiddies jungle gym. Full security: Burglar bars, electric fence and armed response alarm system. 4 bedrooms, one king size bed, one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. sleeps 8. Newly renovated bathroom with double shower and 2 basins, toilet. New en-suite in second bedroom. Third bathroom has a shower and toilet. (Three toilets in total.) Large kitchen fully equipped, down to nespresso, juice maker and smoothie maker etc Guest linen and pillows and towels provided. Crisp white cotton linen, guest house standard. Bedrooms are quiet at night - the road is really only used by residents. Guest access Pool and large garden. No garage, but off street parking available in the drive way.   The neighborhood Quiet Camps Bay road, about 2-3 minutes walk to Campsbay drive with public transport and convenience store (food/ toiletries etc) right there. Getting around Convenient public transport 2-3 minutes away. Other things to note Where possible, we will assist in arranging a cleaner/baby sitter. Children's haven: jungle gym, trampoline and wendy house, large pool. Pool has safety net if needed. Pool is maintained 3 times a week.
