The 4th bathroom is across from the 4th bedroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The fifth bedroom with ensuite toilet with an outside door. Private. But no cupboards for clothing. The property is located on the border of the Tokai lower forest. Mountain Bikers, trail runners and horse riders use the tracks on your doorstep. The closest golf course and wine farm is 1 km away and False Bay with Muizenburg 6km. The area is quiet and in a wind-free zone unless there is a very strong South Easter. Additional notes
