Tamboerskloof Zen is a beautiful 3 bedroom, "zen-living space" in the heart of Cape Town. With 3.5 bathrooms and great entertainment areas. Walking distance to shops, vibey Kloof street and great restaurants. The roof top deck makes for beautiful views of the city/mountains. You’ll love this place because of the neighborhood, entertainment area, views, space and Eastern furniture. This place is great for couples, families (with teenage kids), and big groups. The space 3 bedrooms all with an en-suite with a guest toilet. The 3rd bedroom is separate from the house with entrance at the kitchen - perfect for teenagers who would like their own space with a tv room! The ceiling above the bed is very low - something to note though. The 2nd bedroom has its own double size sleeper couch which is very comfortable. You are able to see the white couch next to the dining room table in the photos. It also has a Tv room, lounge, back and front courtyard, open plan dining and kitchen area with a rooftop deck with beautiful mountain and city views. There are 5 air-conditioning units in the house, with tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an alarm system installed which is also linked to an armed response team. Satellite tv and uncapped internet is included as well as Low-Fat the Malawian Housekeeper that will come in to clean the house from 10am till 12/1pm in the afternoon. Guest Access Guests are able to use the entire house except for the garage. Off street parking is available. The owner uses it all the time! The Neighborhood You are walking distance from popular Kloof Street where Woolworths and Checkers are based to do your grocery shopping and where most of the best restaurants are based in Cape Town!
