A modern newly renovated Three bedroom Villa. Has a large fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. Has a large entertainment area and a dining room table that seats 6 people. The lounge area is connected to the deck which opens out with sliding doors. It has the most spectacular view of the ocean and of Robben Island. Has a large flat screen TV with DSTV and a DVD player.

- All Bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
- Bedroom 1 - Located on the upper floor that opens out onto the terrace. Has a large King Size Bed.
- Bedroom 2 - Also Located on the upper floor. Has two single beds that can be put together to make up a Large King size bed or can be used separately.
- Bedroom 3 - This is on the lower level and whereby you have views of the pool area and leads out to the pool area. It has a queen size bed.

- There are two bathrooms in the house. Upstairs there is a full modern bathroom with bath and separate shower. The bathroom downstairs only has a bath.
