To ensure your complete comfort in all seasons, the room is equipped with air conditioning that can be tailored to your desired temperature. The unit offers a delightful and well-equipped kitchenette with an induction stove and a mini fridge.

The unit also offers a smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure limited parking space on a first come first serve basis and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is a communal pool deck and its breathtaking views.

Guest access

Kindly note that the entrance is on Upper Rhine Road. You will notice an orange Electricity box from the City of Cape Town. Once you are in, you will see the Reception sign and take the stairs on your right-hand side. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves. Please note: there is free parking on a first-come-first-served basis.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
