Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze is a family home that is a stone’s throw from the World Renowned Sandy Bay beach in Llandudno, Cape Town. It is situated two roads up from a wonderful private walkway and overlooks the breath taking boulders that constitute the Sandy Bay coastline. It is within walking distance to two blue flag beaches. The street is renowned for its magnificent sunset views. The home is equivalent to a 3 star grading, and can comfortably accommodate 7 people, arrangement can be made to accommodate 9 people. The home comprises of an enormous master suite with King sized bed, its own private balcony, air conditioner and en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, basin). The main bedroom suite offers magnificent ocean views, you can sleep with your sliding doors open and hear the roaring sound of the sea. Adjacent to the main suite is a large open plan television lounge, and formal dining area, both have sliding doors onto a sea view patio, covered in parts. The patio leads onto a lovely rock pool with deck and sun loungers. There is flat lawn at the bottom of the pool area for children to play with soccer nets. Further accommodation includes a second bedroom with Queen bed, as well as a third and fourth children’s bedrooms. The third children’s bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the fourth a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a serving nook onto the indoor dining area. There is a fifth games room and if needs be the house can accommodate a further two people. -Please note that there is a rented apartment above Sea Breeze that is independent and has its own entrance but it does looks over the pool area.
