This walkable seaside village is brimming with coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. The spacious balcony provides the ideal setting for enjoying one of the world's best climates! Table Mountain and the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are only a 10-minute drive away.

This unit has its own entrance and is located above a ground-floor unit. It features a lounge/dining area that opens onto a large balcony with views of the President Hotel and the ocean. The home flows naturally, with the kitchen and taking center stage in this exquisitely designed family space. The main bedroom features a king-size bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower overhead. The second bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds. A separate toilet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub are located next to the third bedroom, which has two single beds.

This home provides easy access to the Sea Point Promenade, which is a short walk down the road, as well as the popular Queen's Beach and Saunders' Rock tidal pool. You can't ask for a better base to explore Cape Town from! The gate is currently on manual and has a padlock, please ensure this is locked and closed when you come in and out.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING: Please note you will be required to complete a separate guest registration form and unique guest verification link (from TRUVI) prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in. Electricity: South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the Property Manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding. Noise Control: This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and/or city council for this area. We therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the property. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). 4. Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or drive way. Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items. Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups are permitted. Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. Monthly stays: Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account. • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The Property Manager requires housekeeping to happen at least once a week, every week of your stay. • Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included. • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits. • Garden and pool service will be included when available.
