Sandy Bay Beach House is a sunny home overlooking the Table Mountain nature reserve and Sandy Bay. Spectacular views from every room. Lounge and dining room open out to two large sheltered terraces one overlooks Sandy Bay ant the other Bikini Beach. Dining room table seats 10 and outdoor area has eight seater table overlooking pool and views. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including coffee machine. Main bedroom is huge with dressing room and en suite with bath and shower and bidet air-conditioned. Two other double bedrooms with full bathrooms. Wifi plus small office. Garaging for 3 cars. Maid is included 3x per week and must be paid by tenant if required to work extra days. Telephone available and calls will be charged.
There is a separate laundry equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers this is shared by Scott Birnie who lives below. He has completely separate access and the laundry area is only access by him on his side. The laundry door to the main house and pool is locked There are 2 big screen tv one in lounge and one in main bedroom. 2 different programs House fully alarmed Pool is cleaned once per week.
