The air-conditioned living and dining area features seating for six, a TV, a wood fireplace, and dining for ten, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Outdoors, further seating for six, and a gas BBQ set the scene for relaxed evenings beneath the Camps Bay sky.

The main suite includes a king-size bed, seating for two, and an ensuite with a shower and single vanity. The second and third bedrooms feature twin beds and single seating. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower over bath and another with a shower over bath and a separate shower. Three bedrooms each offer sea views, and all have ceiling fans. For added peace of mind, the property is fitted with CCTV.

Please note that the second deck area with two loungers is shared with the unit below, and guests access the property via shared walkways. There is construction near this property. Drilling, banging, and builders can be heard. There is no disruptive visual impact. Building hours are Mon-Sat 8:00-17:00. The expected completion date is 31 October 2026.

HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
