Portofino

Portofino is a coastal apartment in Llandudno, located a short five-minute drive away from Llandudno Beach, and the Constantia Wine Route around twenty-five minutes' drive. The living space offers seating for four, a TV, and dining for eight, leading to a balcony with a 6-seater dining set. The kitchen features an electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a 5-seater breakfast bar. The main bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, an en-suite shower, and access to a shared balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third includes a king bed and a desk. Both share a bathroom with a bath and open onto the shared balcony. The communal outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, featuring a shared pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas. It offers an excellent communal setup for alfresco dining, complete with a pizza oven, wood BBQ, and hot plate grill. Breakfast can be arranged with the on-site host. Please note: Two adjacent units sit on either side of the living area, separated by locked wooden doors. HOUSEKEEPING Available Monday through Saturday during peak season, and on an as-needed basis during the winter months. CHILD POLICY Does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY Strictly non-smoking inside but allows smoking outside. CAMERAS The following areas are monitored by CCTV: Building exteriors showing entrances/exits, and boundary walls. PARKING Driveway and free on-street parking is available on a first-come/first-served basis.
