Located in the popular leisure district of Green Point, Point Break Aparthotel aims to please with 9 floors of luxurious apartments, daily-servicing and sweeping ocean and mountain views. The area is one of the most vibrant in Cape Town. It's not unusual to witness cultural parades buzzing with colour and music, jazz festivals, processions of excited fans making their way to Cape Town Stadium or locals and foreigners alike taking advantage of Cape Town’s cafe culture.
The space
This modern building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the communal pool deck.
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.Guest access

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
A cafe is being installed on the ground floor, to be opened in Q2 2022.
Being located in the middle of the city comes with the noise and buzz of people at all times of the day. The apartment is also located on a main road so please be aware of this
