This wonderful three bedroom apartment is perfect for families looking for a conveniently located lock-up and go with all the creature comforts you would expect from a hotel stay but with loads more space to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Cape Town. The open-plan living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy the views as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows slide open to cool the listing with fresh sea air on hot days. Two panel heaters serve to warm the space on colder days. Both lounges offer flatscreen TV's with DSTV and the dining area can seat 8. The open-plan kitchen features brand new Smeg appliances and has been equipped with all the essentials to cook up a storm (with a view of course). All the bedrooms feature ample cupboard space, American shutters, ceiling fans for hot nights/ panel heaters for cold nights and crisp hotel-quality 300 thread count linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, while bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom (with shower only). The main bedroom and bedroom 2 also have flatscreen TV's with DSTV. Located on Beach Road, between St. Johns and Church, you will be right in the heart of Sea Point. Join locals for long walks on the Sea Point Promenade. Grab a bite to eat at any of the amazing local eateries nearby. Or jump in an Uber to get to the famous beaches of Clifton/ Camps Bay or the equally famous V&A Waterfront (in the other direction) in just a few minutes. This apartment is in a secure building and you will be required to submit guest information before arrival.

- Policies: Please note that the following rules are strict house rules and if guests are found to break these rules, we reserve the right to recover the full security deposit as damages regardless of actual damage incurred: - no smoking in the apartment or in the building (only outside on sidewalk) - no parties or events whatsoever - no additional overnight guests (max 6 guests including all children over 2) In addition we ask that guests observe the following house rules: - Our normal checkin time is before 10pm. We do understand that sometimes you may experience flight delays or simply cannot find an earlier flight. In those situations we will make special arrangements to meet you after hours for an additional fee of R300. - Guests can request the use of baby amenities including a baby bed and high chair but these items will be charged at R250 per item per stay. - Respect your neighbours: you might be on holiday but some of our neighbours are not. So no loud music/ excessive noise after 10pm. - Observe the building rules: we will run you through some of the building rules upon arrival. These mostly relate to garbage, noise, guests, use of communal space and smoking. Do not break these rules as you will be held accountable for any penalties we may incur. - Our cleaning lady will clean the apartment before your arrival and then again midst (for stays less than 2 weeks) or once a week for longer stays. -- Should you require the apartment to be serviced more frequently, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee of R1,000 per additional clean which will include a linen change. -- This cleaning service will include tidying the apartment, changing linen and doing dishes BUT does not include personal laundry. You are welcome to use the washer/ dryer provided to wash your own laundry during your stay or we can recommend Unique Laundry on Main Road nearby. -- Our cleaning fee includes changing towels and linen once a week. Guests who require additional towel/ linen changes will be billed for this over and above the normal cleaning fee at a rate of R150 per bedroom (i.e. R450 for a full set of towels and linen). Guests can also pre order additional towels before arrival at a rate of R50 for 2 bath towels. - Should you lose a set of keys, we reserve the right to bill you for the replacement remote, access tag as well as changing all locks (if we deem this a security risk).
