Paradiso Views is an ideal base for families and friends. The renowned Camps Bay Beach and its excellent restaurants and shops are all within close proximity just 6 minutes walking distance away. It is also situated on the My City bus route, making exploring the City extremely accessible.

This self-catering villa stretches over three levels and comprises of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 garages, 2 pools, 2 lounges, 3 kitchens and an expansive rooftop terrace, ideal for outdoor entertaining to accommodate 14 guests easily.

Because of its unique configuration, Paradiso Views is available as one big villa or as three individual units. It is available for rental on a daily and monthly basis all year round.

Relax on one of the spacious terraces with a sundowner and enjoy the fresh scent of the ocean and views as far as the eye can see.

Street Level:

3 garage parkings and off-street parking for two more vehicles.

Lower Level-Studio Apartment:

• Has its own private entrance via a few steps up and along the lower terrace.
• It features an open plan living and sleeping area with twin/king size bed.
• For dining there is a table and chairs, a kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave and oven and stove to meet your self-catering needs.
• There is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
• There is a comfortable couch with a plasma screen and full DSTV.
• The wooden shutters slide open and overlook the sparkling sea.
• Just outside the studio there is a pool and barbeque with table and chairs for your enjoyment.

The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below provide the ultimate holiday feeling.

Middle level unit:

• Has its own private entrance via steps above the lower terrace.
• The living area features a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a plasma screen and full DSTV. It slides open onto a wide terrace with outdoor table and benches ideal for alfresco eating.
• The dining room features a dining room table with 6 chairs, beautiful to dine while watching the sunset.
• The spacious kitchen is well appointed with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher etc.
• Three comfortable bedrooms comprise of a king size bed in the master bedroom (Ocean facing), queen size bed (ocean facing) in the second bedroom and twin size beds in the third bedroom (mountain facing).
• The master bedroom has air conditioning with a large amount of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
• The second bathroom with shower and bath is shared between bedroom two and three. A separate guest toilet is available.
• The pool and barbeque can be shared with the studio.

Top level penthouse unit:

• Has its own private entrance via steps above the lower and middle terrace.
• The configuration of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living/entertainment area is the same as the middle unit except it is the ultimate indulgence, boasting an upper level rooftop pool, deck area and entertainment area with bar fridge. It also features an additional shower and guest toilet.

Kindly note: that the villa in non-smoking but smoking is allowed on all the outside terraces. The villa is serviced daily from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The villa is linked to 24-hour armed response. As there are steps and open pools, children should be supervised always. WIFI with 5GIGs of complimentary data will be provided for your stay, additional is available on request via pre-paid vouchers.
