The modern kitchen, also open plan to the 10-seater dining room, is fully equipped and has a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Three bedrooms, each with their own air conditioning heating/cooling units, are located on the upper level and the fourth room is located on the entrance level. This property is a short walk (about 2 minutes) to the Camps Bay beachfront and ideal for a family or group of friends. The property is also adjacent to The Little Glen, a perfect space for picnics or for children to play. Comprising 3 levels, the views – and sunsets – from the villa are spectacular and sweeping: from Lion’s Head and across Camps Bay beach and the blue Atlantic ocean beyond.
