The entire bungalow is at your disposal. Direct access to the pristine Clifton 3rd beach. Within walking distance from Camps Bay and Sea Point amazing promenades (both roughly 1.5-2 km away). These areas have vibey restaurants, bars, cafe's and grocery stores. Clifton is conveniently situated a 15 minute drive from the city center and close to the V&A Waterfront, Lions Head and the famous Table Mountain.
Other things to note
Kindly be aware that our house is situated just steps away from the beach, which means there are stairs leading down to the property entrance, a common feature in most Clifton beach houses. There is a 24/7 security guard posted at the top of the steps, 1 minute from the front gate of the house. He will help with groceries as well as securing parking which is free and on-street. There is a fantastic and trustworthy house-keeper included 3 days per week. More days can be organized if desired.
