This little bungalow is on Clifton 4th Beach, take a stroll on the beach early in the morning or at sunset or sit and drink cocktails in the lovely plunge pool on the deck. Lounge has two couches with TV and DSTV with lovely wooden floors. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, with a dining room table that seats 6 people. Has washing machine, tumble dryer and ice machine. Sliding doors open out onto the deck which has table and chairs for 8 people, with a weber braai. Little plunge pool on deck. There are unobstructed views from the deck of the sea and beach. Main Bedroom Queen size Bed, with view of the sea. Bathroom en suite with bath, separate shower and loo. Second Bedroom Double Bed with bathroom en suite. Has a shower and a loo. There is also a little deck outside leading from the second bedroom which also has an outside hot and cold shower. The bungalow is alarmed and connected with ADT, there is also a guard that patrols the area 24 hours. Only off street parking. Good suggestion would be to hire a little scooter. No Smoking in the bungalow.
