The accommodation consists of a 3-storey building with 2 double bedrooms and 3 single bedrooms, as well a sitting room, TV room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening onto a deep stoep (verandah) overlooking the swimming pool.
On entering the house, you will be struck by the light-filled spaciousness of the double-volume living area. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room are open plan, with a comfortable TV room leading off it. The well-equipped kitchen overlooking the courtyard garden is ideal for those who enjoy cooking. Large fold-away doors open on to the deep stoep where you can relax at the end of a busy day, or enjoy your meals.
Upstairs, there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) overlooking the leafy garden. Downstairs from the main living area is another en-suite bedroom that can sleep 2.
Cool off in the sparkling swimming pool, or simply relax on the comfy sofas on the downstairs terrace.
