Outdoors, enjoy an inviting entertainment area complete with seating, sparkling pool, and sun loungers — the perfect setting for relaxation and memorable gatherings.
Guest access
Access to the main house is via multiple stairs from ground level—worth the climb for the views and privacy.
Steep uphill driveway leading to the house. Driveway not suitable for low cars.
The main house offers double garage parking and off street covered parking space for 2 cars.

Please note, there is a separate one-bedroom flat below the main house, also rented out. It has its own entrance and parking space, ensuring privacy for both sets of guests.
Newlands is a quiet and peaceful, residential area, with fellow homeowners located within short distances from one another. Noise travels particularly easily. Please be considerate with noise levels at all times and respect everyone’s right to the peaceful and quiet surroundings.
* No more than the stated amount of people to be at the house at any given time. Any visitors must be approved by the host.
* No parties or loud social gatherings.
* No smoking in the house
* No music to be played outdoors at any time. To avoid any disruption to neighbours, please ensure all outdoor activities/entertainment is moved indoors from 10pm onwards (with the patio & balcony doors closed).
