Neighborhood

The property is located in world famous Camps Bay nestled between Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. There is direct access to the many mountain trails and along the pipe track towards Lions Head. The beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton and a range of local restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive and there is also easy access to City Bowl, Cape Town City Centre and The Waterfront. This is a truly magnificent location suitable for guests who want to be active or those who just want to relax.

Access

The property is within a 30 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport at most times of the day. Uber offers a quick, safe and reliable transfer option but we can also arrange private transfers if arranged in advance with prices quoted according to the time of day and size of the party. Secure parking is offered for a single car per property in a lock up garage with direct access to the entrance hall and lift with private apartment access. Additional street parking is also available.

• All linen and towels including beach towels are provided.
• A daily housekeeping service is included from Monday to Friday on times to be agreed at your convenience to refresh the apartment. A weekend and public holiday service is also available at an additional cost upon request.

As this is a residential area and an apartment block, please respect our neighbours and the local community.

No loud or reduce all noise after 10pm.

Please make sure to lock all doors when leaving the property.

No parties or events are allowed or any hiring of equipment to host any function of any sort.

No pets or animals are allowed.

All aircons / heating units should remain off when a room is unoccupied.

Replace furniture/ braai covers when not in use.

Protect outdoor furniture from weather damage and strong wind conditions.

You would be required to sign a rental agreement to accept the house rules once the booking is confirmed.

No vaping or smoking inside the house, ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas around the property.
