Moses Beach Apartment

Situated on Moses Beach next to  Clifton 1^st Beach, the apartment is tastefully decorated and comprises two bedrooms, large living area connecting to a modern kitchen, study, and TV room. The living area on one side leads onto a large enclosed patio that runs across the front of the apartment, and on the other side onto a large open deck (32 square meters) fitted with electronically operated awnings and sun screens. The apartment is light and airy with spectacular views from all rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and adjoining it is a laundry/scullery fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Leading down the passage the first room is the TV room fitted with a large plasma TV with satellite cable connection and Blu ray DVD player. There is also a Bose sound CD player. Further down the passage is the second and main bedrooms. The main bedroom, at the end of the passage, has a king sized bed and bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom has large twin beds and the bathroom is across the passage. There is uncapped WIFI. The building has a communal swimming pool and direct access to the beach. It is a very secure building with off street parking for one car. The apartment is serviced four times a week by a competent, reliable and trustworthy housekeeper as follows:   Tuesday full day, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday full day and Saturday mornings. The housekeeper is an excellent cook and can provide special meals for entertaining by private arrangement with her.
