This comfy villa is located in Misty Cliffs on the beachside with spectacular views of the beach and surrounding areas. It is literally a step down to the beach. What an amazing place to be on holiday and wake up in such a beautiful place! This is a well-designed house for groups or large families with light, airy interiors offering spacious entertainment and relaxation areas.

On the upper level, there is a large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas which lead out onto a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and unbelievable views. Sometimes you may catch the whales and dolphins too.

The house has four bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. The other three bedrooms are on the entrance level. Two share a bathroom and shower. The bunk room is en-suite. There is also an indoor Jacuzzi.

It is situated within 40 minutes from Cape Town and 15 minutes from the legendary Cape Point and Constantia Valley's wine farms.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 (6 adults and two children in bunks).
