House Rules

• By booking this property, you agree to the following:

• NO Smoking inside the property
• No Events
• No Pets
• The Cinema Room is designated strictly for audiovisual entertainment purposes. It is expressly prohibited to use this room as sleeping quarters or to use the furniture for overnight accommodation.
• Penalty for Non-Compliance: Should the Guest or any member of their party violate this policy, a penalty fee of ZAR 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Rand) per night will be charged for unauthorized use of the room as sleeping quarters.
• Occupancy: The number of guests cannot exceed the limit specified in your booking. We do not permit guests to sleep on sofas or in any areas other than designated beds. Exceeding the guest limit may result in eviction without a refund.
• Complaints: You must report any issues to the property owner or manager within 24 hours of arrival to allow them reasonable time to resolve the problem. Failure to do so will void any post-stay claims.
• Conduct: This is a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 people are allowed without prior arrangement. Illegal activities, smoking indoors, or any inappropriate behavior by you or your guests are strictly prohibited. The owner reserves the right to evict you immediately for misconduct, without a refund.
• Externally hired nannies or cleaning services are not permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner or manager.
• Electricity Usage: Please be mindful of your electricity usage. Excessive use, such as leaving air conditioning on while not in the house, will result in an extra charge.
• Liability: The property owner and agent are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your guests. Be aware that the property may have safety hazards for small children, such as a deep pool and steep stairs. You and your children stay at your own risk.
