The space
Located at the foot of Little Lion's Head Mountain and nestled between Hout Bay and Camps Bay, this serene coastal village is only 16km from Cape Town, providing a peaceful atmosphere free from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Llandudno boasts two of Cape Town’s most secluded and beautiful Blue Flag Status beaches: Llandudno Beach and Sandy Bay Beach. The area remains private and exclusive, with no commercial activity to disrupt the tranquility.

There is only one entrance into Llandudno, which is monitored by 24-hour security and medical services. Yet, just a short drive away, the vibrant neighborhoods of Camps Bay and Hout Bay offer a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, providing the best of both worlds.

3rd Bedroom: Designed with flexibility, this room has either a bunk bed or two single beds, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4, which features a shower, bath, and his & hers basins.

4th Bedroom: A cozy space offering a bunk bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3 that includes a shower, bath, and his & hers basins.
