Upstairs, you’ll find the elegant master suite and a second well-appointed en-suite bedroom. Both feature private balconies offering peaceful spots to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The master suite is further enhanced by its own balcony jacuzzi, providing a serene retreat.

The lower level features a second comfortable lounge, ideal for movie nights and family gatherings, with direct access to the garden and sparkling swimming pool. This outdoor area is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a private and tranquil escape. Two additional en-suite bedrooms are also located on this level, each with direct access to a charming courtyard.

• Housekeeper is on duty Monday to Friday (weekends and public holidays available on request at an additional fee). The housekeeper ensures that everything is in working order and kept clean & tidy, as well as helping guests with daily needs & services
• Security | Alarm system linked to 24-hour emergency response (ADT). Response time is within 2 minutes
• Secure Garage Parking | Conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood
• Washing machine | Housekeepers can assist with laundry and ironing at a fee
• CHECK IN/OUT TIMES | Check in time is from 14h00 on day of arrival. Check out time is by 10h00 on day of departure. A late check-in fee will apply for check-ins after 8pm.
• Load shedding | The villa is fully equipped with a backup system which powers the entire house in times of load shedding.
• Services available on request | High chair, baby cot, baby gates on request, babysitting service, private chef, tours and/or private transport & massages
• Private Chef | Wish to have a chef onsite? Please don't hesitate to let us know, we work with several great chefs who can prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or great BBQ.
• Enjoy a relaxing massage at the villa during your stay. We have a professional massage therapist who specializes in different massages to help relax the mind and body.
• We are able to assist with pre-shopping groceries on your behalf at an additional fee, prior to your arrival. Contact details will be shared after the booking is confirmed.
• Tours & Transport | Should you be interested in any exciting tours, transport or activities in and around Cape Town during your stay, these can be arranged through the host tours company. The most popular tours are: The Peninsula Tour (Cape of Good Hope & Penguins), wine tour in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek & Paarl, City Orientation Tour, Whale Watching in Hermanus (Seasonal) or Shark Cage Diving. All tours and itineraries are tailor-made. We can assist with Chauffeur driven coaches for up to 25 people. This would be with a knowledgeable and experienced driver who could take you to all your points of interest during your stay.
