Nestled in a quiet street in the sought after area of Bantry Bay with uninterrupted city and ocean views. This property boasts four bedrooms all of which are en-suite with sea facing views and balcony access. The master bedroom is on it's own floor with it's own private lounge, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom all leading out onto a large balcony where one can enjoy the views and the Jacuzzi. The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with the latest appliances. Keeping the views in mind there are ample lounges throughout the property for the perfect look out point. The large garden features a swimming pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. There are also three parking bays available in the garage with direct access to the villa.
