Greenways is a stylish villa located in Kommetjie situated only a few footsteps from the popular Long Beach and offers a perfect beach holiday for the whole family. This is a well designed house for groups or large families with light, airy interiors offering spacious entertainment and relaxation areas. At a glance Greenways has a large open plan living area with lots of glass and beautiful views. As you walk into the villa you are greeted by a large billiard table. Passing the billiard table you then enter the formal lounge area which has great views towards Chapman’s Peak. Situated slightly further back you will find the elegant, modern kitchen which is well equipped with all the mods and cons you should require for your stay. The entertainment area which is to the side of the kitchen offers plenty of seating areas, a table with lots of chairs, a BBQ and a medium sized pool. Going up to the second level there is a flight of stairs leading from the billiard room; these stairs do not have any railings (Guests with small children need to be aware of this for safety reasons). Once on the second level you have the use of four en-suite bedrooms and an informal living area equipped with Plasma TV and DSTV. All four rooms offer plenty of space, clean lines and comfortable beds. Children are welcome but, it is more suitable to families with older children or couples looking for something quite sophisticated.
