The salt-water swimming pool allows for hours of fun and refreshment. Along with views of the mountain and sea, the villa is ideally positioned in the upmarket Scott Estate in Hout Bay, and is a five-minute walk from the beach and seaside restaurants. A short two-minute walk will lead you to the village where a variety of restaurants and shopping is on offer. Includes: Self-catering This 260-square meter house accommodates guests in four bedrooms, a lounge with fold-out bed and three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms, of which one is a loft room, each have one single bed. Seen as the fifth bedroom or third lounge, two additional guests can be accommodated in this room on a fold-out sleeper couch. There is a central bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. Guests can enjoy sea views from the top lounge, while mountain views are enjoyed from all areas of the House. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry has a washing machine. DStv access is available please bring your own smart card or pay a nominal fee per day. Air-conditioning is available at an additional rate, but not to worry there's always a comfortable cool spot to relax. Please advise that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
