Modern and sophisticated, the villa has been designed to maximise the stunning views. In the main living area, doors open on either side of the room, with one side looking onto the mountains while the other opens onto a terrace overlooking the ocean. This lounge is a lovely central gathering space and has several rooms leading off of it, including a second TV lounge, a study and library, a dining area with seating for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a unique breakfast bar, where foldaway windows on the counter open up, and bar stools are seated outside facing in. On the mountain-facing terrace, there is outdoor dining for 8 guests, a patio lounge area, sun loungers and a swimming pool. On the sea-facing terrace is comfortable outdoor furniture and a large sun-umbrella. Both areas are great for relaxing in the warm weather, dining al fresco or watching the magnificent sunsets. All of the bedrooms are decorated in pale tones of blue, white and grey and enjoy scenic views. The master suite has a King-size bed, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom and the remaining four rooms have Queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Nearby there are popular hiking routes that lead up to Table Mountain, as well as a theatre which puts on local productions, a number of restaurants and shops and of course, Camps Bay Beach.
