This Cape Town holiday home is situated in the  quiet suburb of Tokai a short stroll to the nearest shops for daily bread, milk and wine, also  close to the newly renovated Blue Route mall for more serious shopping. For the golf enthusiasts, both Westlake and Steenberg is within a 5-minute drive with the Clovelly course a bit further. The holiday home has a big verandah where you can relax on the comfortable outside furniture reading a book next to  the sparkling pool. This patio is also ideal for al fresco meals while watching the sun set over the mountain. Two of the four bedrooms have doors leading to the patio making inside/outside living ideal. One with en-suite bathroom and the other one using the family bathroom across the passage. Both with 2 single beds that can be converted to a king. The third bedroom with double bed is also en-suite. The 4th smaller bedroom has two single beds. The lounge is spacious and open-plan to the dining room with the fully equipped kitchen with granite tops Note: The house manager lives in an apartment behind the house.
