The large lounge and dining area with fantastic views is great for a family dinner! The sliding doors open onto the deck and pool area, which allows guests to enjoy the indoor-outdoor lifestyle Cape Town is so famed for. The deck area completes the apartment's penthouse feel with a sparkling swimming pool, a built-in gas BBQ/Braai, plenty of seating for outdoor dining as well as a hanging chair in which guests can relax and enjoy the gorgeous Mother City views. Further to the private pool, guests would also have access to the large communal outdoor pool on the ground level of the building. The apartment is fully kitted out with high-speed Fibre internet and airconditioning which doubles as heating - as well as having underfloor heating in all 3 bathrooms. The Smart TV in the lounge is connected to Apple TV and DSTV Premium for your entertainment pleasure.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom has an oversized four poster King size bed with a spacious, full en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity, bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two single beds, sliding doors onto the deck and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The apartment includes two safes as well as two secure allocated parking bays in the basement under the building, with a 24 hour guarded security.

Please note that pool cleaning is scheduled as needed and may take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum.

    PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING: Please note you will be required to complete a separate guest registration form and unique guest verification link (from TRUVI) prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in. Electricity: South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (un-scheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. However, there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the following app = ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the Property Manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding. Noise Control: This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and/or city council for this area. We therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions: 1. No parties of any kind are to be held at the property. 2. No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9pm and 7am during the week and between 10pm and 7am on week-ends. 3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night). 4. Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or drive way. Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items. Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups are permitted. Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. Monthly stays: Please note on monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account. • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The Property Manager requires housekeeping to happen at least once a week, every week of your stay. • Standard amenities eg WiFI, and DSTV if applicable, will be included. • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits. • Garden and pool service will be included when available.
